Legal process outsourcing provider, Ardent Paralegal, joins the leading BPO group in the Philippines

Manila City, 2021 – After undergoing an intensive panel interview conducted by the membership committee of the IT and Business Process Outsourcing Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), Ardent Paralegal and Business Solutions Inc. (Ardent) was admitted to the prestigious group of leading BPO companies in the country.

During the discussion, Ardent CEO Atty. Aurelle Dominic E. Narag elaborated on Ardent’s mission to trailblaze and solidify the Philippines as the go-to destination for legal process outsourcing globally, given the availability of a vast talent pool, the richness of Philippine laws, and the innate nature of Filipinos to learn, communicate effectively, and excel in specialized professions.

At the time of admission, Ardent Paralegal has been providing legal process outsourcing services to personal injury law firms in the United States of America.

As an active member of the IBPAP, Ardent has since joined the Labor Standards and Health Committee, as well as the Legislative Committee, where it continues to make significant contributions to the IBPAP's national priorities, particularly in its legal, social, and medical advocacies.
